Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is offered in my office close to the Rockridge BART station in Oakland. Sessions are 50 minutes.

Tele-therapy

Tele-therapy can be offered to clients who are not in a position to attend a weekly in-office sessions.

Group Therapy

Group therapy is offered once per week. This is a behavioral health recovery group and therefore targeted specifically for those seeking extra support for substance use issues, food related issues, depression and anxiety.

Case Management Services

The following case management services can be offered to individuals who are also engaged in psychotherapy:

• Soberlink device monitoring (alcohol management)

• Wearable device monitoring (anxiety management)

• Phone check-ins, as needed

• Treatment co-ordination
